We will deploy the permanent fix for the 8 October incident to the Qovery Control Plane and remove the temporary fix we put in place that day.

What we will do
- Release a patched version of the Qovery Engine that turns Lua support back on for Envoy Gateway 1.9.
- Deploy it to the Control Plane cluster and complete the Envoy Gateway 1.9 upgrade.
- Remove the temporary fix put in place on 8 October.
- Keep the rollback to Envoy Gateway 1.8.3 ready for the whole window.
