Webinar Sept 24: Heroku to AWS in one command, with an agent doing the work.
Workshop · For technical leaders

Discover 3 ways AI agents reshape how your team ships.

A live working session where we explore three concrete use cases for AI agents in your engineering org, mapped to your own stack and workflows. Now open to more organizations.

What you'll explore

A live, interactive session - not a generic demo.

  • How to turn your delivery flow into an AI-native pipeline - from spec to production.
  • Three concrete use cases, applied live to your own stack and workflows.
  • The governance model to run agents safely: audit, budgets, life-cycle and egress control.
  • A pragmatic starting point your team can act on - no vendor lock-in required.
  • Share an optional AI maturity assessment and we'll calibrate the session to your level.
What you'll discover

Three concrete AI-native use cases.

These are the patterns reshaping how product organizations ship software. We apply each one live, to your own stack.

Use case 01

Agents as the first interface

Platforms were built for humans first. We flip that: from the application you are working on, an agent spins up a dynamic, fully isolated environment and deploys it straight from your terminal - no tickets, no manual setup.

Use case 02

From spec to production

From a single Linear or Jira ticket, an agent builds the feature, runs the tests (including end-to-end) in an isolated environment, and opens a pull request - with governance built in: audit trails, budgets, life-cycle and egress control. Humans intervene where it matters: the spec, and the final validation.

Use case 03

Anyone in the company is a builder

Give the whole organization the power to ship - safely. With the right guardrails, non-technical teams self-serve and build, while platform and security teams keep full control, visibility, and reversibility.

Context

Why This Matters Now

AI coding agents are no longer experimental tools. They are becoming part of the daily workflow of engineering teams worldwide.

Organizations that successfully adopt AI will ship faster, increase developer productivity, and unlock new levels of efficiency. However, without the right infrastructure, governance, and operational practices, AI adoption can introduce security risks, compliance challenges, and operational complexity.

The companies gaining an advantage today are not simply using AI tools - they are redesigning how software is built, deployed, and governed.

This workshop gives you the framework to do the same.

After you register

Two short steps. Then your workshop.

No long funnel. You fill this form, we have one short call to tailor things, then we run the session.

  1. Register

    YOU'RE HERE

This form. Takes about two minutes - just tell us who you are and which organization you want to make AI-native.

  2. 2

    30-minute prep call

    NEXT

We map the workshop to your team, your stack and your goals, and agree a specific date. Prep only - no sales pitch.

  3. 3

    Your tailored workshop

A live, hands-on 60-minute session - three concrete AI-native use cases mapped to your real workflows.

Most teams go from this form to a booked prep call within a week or so.

Before you register

The questions teams ask first.

Everything you need to know before booking your session.

Who is this workshop for?
Technical leaders and platform builders: CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Heads of Engineering, Heads of Platform, and Platform Engineers. If you own how your product organization ships software - and you want it to operate in an AI-native way - this is for you.
Is this a sales pitch?
No. It is a working session. We map your current software delivery to an AI-native model and walk through three concrete use cases applied to your stack. You leave with a clear picture of what is possible and where to start - whether or not you ever use Qovery.
Do we need to be a Qovery customer to attend?
No. The workshop is product-agnostic in framing. We use Qovery to demonstrate live, but the patterns - agent-driven environments, spec-to-production, and safe self-service - apply to any modern infrastructure stack.
How long does it take?
The workshop itself runs about 60 minutes. Before it, we schedule a 30-minute prep call to understand your team, your stack, and your goals so we can tailor the session and the three use cases to you.
Is it remote or onsite?
Remote by default, run live and interactive so you can ask questions throughout. Onsite or executive-team formats are possible - mention it on the prep call and we will arrange it.
What should we prepare?
Nothing mandatory. It helps if you can describe your current delivery flow (how a ticket becomes production) and one or two real workflows you would like to make AI-native. We cover the rest on the prep call.
Should we do anything before the workshop?
Two optional but highly recommended things. First, take the 2-minute AI maturity assessment at howaipilled.com and share your result link when you register - it tells us where your organization stands on AI adoption. Second, join the 30-minute prep call. Together they let us tailor the workshop and the three use cases precisely to where you are.
What do we walk away with?
A concrete, tailored view of three AI-native use cases mapped to your organization, the governance model to run agents safely (audit, budgets, life-cycle, egress control), and a pragmatic starting point your team can act on.
