It's an incredibly exciting day for us at Qovery. I'm thrilled to announce that we've raised $13 million in Series A funding! A double digit round that is a massive vote of confidence in our team, our vision, and most importantly, in our mission to make DevOps so simple, that it feels unfair.

This round was led by our amazing partners at IRIS and Crane Venture Partners. We're also incredibly grateful for the continued support from our existing investors, as well as new participation from a number of amazing angel investors, including Datadog CEO Olivier Pomel and cofounder and CTO Alexis Lê-Quôc, and the team at Speedinvest. Their partnership is a testament to the future we're building: a future where developers are finally freed from the complexities of infrastructure.

The Journey So Far

Our story began six years ago at the Techstars accelerator with my co-founders, Pierre and Morgan. As developers, we were all too familiar with the challenges of building and scaling software. We saw firsthand how much time and energy engineers were spending on infrastructure management - a task that, while critical, was taking them away from what they truly loved: building great products.

That's when the idea for Qovery was born. We set out to create a platform that abstracts away all the painful parts of infrastructure. Our goal was simple: provide a seamless, developer-first experience that automates DevOps, giving engineers back their most valuable resource - time.

Our promise has always been simplifying and automating DevOps. We believe that for startups, scaleups, mid-size companies and enterprises, managing and scaling infrastructure shouldn't be a nightmare. It should be a streamlined, cost-efficient, and empowering process, offering what’s critical for any business - return on investment and growth.

What's Next?

This $13 million investment is a huge step forward, and it's all about accelerating our vision. We're channeling this funding into three key areas:

  1. Growing the Team: We're on a mission to find the best talent in the world to join our team. If you're passionate about innovation and acceleration, we want to hear from you.
  2. Accelerating Product Innovation: We're doubling down on our product roadmap. Expect to see new features and capabilities that will make managing your infrastructure even more powerful and intuitive.
  3. Expanding Our Presence: With a significant portion of our user base already in the US, we're excited to expand our presence and build a stronger community across the Atlantic and in Europe.

We couldn't have reached this point without our incredible users, who constantly challenge us and share feedback critical for our product development and the dedication of our team, who work tirelessly to iterate as fast and intelligently as possible. This funding is as much for you as it is for us. Thank you for believing in our mission and for being a part of the Qovery journey.

The next chapter has already started, and we're beyond excited to accompany you on your DevOps journey.

If you’re passionate about building the future of DevOps, we’re hiring!
